Assistant Head of Year (Non-teaching)

Do you want to make a positive difference to young people and their lives? Are you patient, empathetic, resilient and supportive?

We have an exciting and challenging opportunity for a non teaching Assistant Head of Year to support our behaviour strategy at Cardinal Wiseman School. You will be working to improve the behaviour, attendance and outcomes of your allocated year group of students, providing pastoral support and tracking progress and welfare. In return, we offer:

• Health and Wellbeing Cover including cashback on optical, dental, and therapy treatments
• Discounts at popular high-street retailers
• Access to wellbeing services, including 24/7 confidential counselling
• A generous pension scheme to support your future
• Clear pathways for progression, with regular reviews and access to training - whether you're just starting or already qualified
• A welcoming, inclusive environment where your wellbeing comes first
If you're ready to help our students feel safe, happy, and supported each day, we'd love to hear from you.
