Full Job Description
37 hours per week, term time only, plus 4 teacher training days The main aim of this role is to provide efficient and effective pastoral support to students. The successful candidate (together with the Head of Year and Deputy Head of Year) will be responsible for promoting positive attitudes to learning and behaviour as well as good attendance in order to maximise student wellbeing and achievement.
- Liaise daily with the Head of Year regarding behaviour, attendance, punctuality and safeguarding concerns.
- Support the implementation of the school's behaviour policy.
- Manage daily behaviour concerns and parental enquiries, responding appropriately.
- Monitor behaviour, conduct and attendance data.

The successful candidate will be able to consistently apply and uphold the school's behaviour systems, expectations and sanctions, ensuring a calm, orderly and purposeful learning environment.
