Full Job Description
The post holder will support the Head of Sixth Form with the operational running of the Sixth Form. This will include the recruitment, induction, retention and academic monitoring of all Sixth Form students. They will provide teaching and learning support to secure excellent standards of achievement, attendance, punctuality and standards while supporting the enrichment, personal development and wellbeing of all. They will support students in their progression to Post 18 pathways, liaising with appropriate bodies and organising events to maximise student progression from Post 16 to the next phase. This role offers an exciting opportunity to play an integral role in an ever expanding and competitive Sixth Form.
