Assistant Head of Service of Families First Transformation

Are you an experienced strategic leader with a passion for improving outcomes for children, young people and families? We are seeking an ambitious and collaborative Assistant Head of Service to play a key role in delivering Lincolnshire's Families First Partnership Programme and wider Children's Services reform agenda.

This is a fixed term contract until March 28 which could be an internal secondment opportunity for an internal candidate but they must have agreement from Head Of Service to apply.

About the role

In this high-profile leadership role, you will drive transformational change across services and partner organisations, leading the implementation of Families First reforms, influencing system-wide improvement and ensuring effective partnership working across Children's Services, Health, Education and wider stakeholders.

Work base to be agreed, but travel will be expected and predominantly out of Lincoln.

We're looking for a strong leader with knowledge of social care legislation, experience of delivering complex change programmes, excellent stakeholder management skills and a commitment to achieving the best possible outcomes for children and families.
