Assistant Head Concierge

As an Assistant Head Concierge, you'll be a face of the hotel, so we want you to bring your warm and friendly personality to work with you every day. For this role, we are paying an hourly rate of £15.39. Take a deep breath because you'll be stepping into a busy and exciting new role! Reporting to the Guest Relations Manager, you'll play a key part in supporting the creation of a destination Concierge desk, helping to enhance the overall guest experience and ensure our guests feel fully supported throughout their stay. You'll be one of the first people to greet and welcome guests into our hotel, using your knowledge to provide guidance and local recommendations for a great stay in the city. As part of a vibrant team, you'll be delivering first-class service while helping to shape and develop the Concierge offering. If you're our ideal Assistant Head Concierge, you will:
