We are now looking for an exceptional Assistant General Manager to join the leadership team at The Palomar. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and ambitious hospitality leader looking to take the next step in their career within one of London's most dynamic restaurant groups

As Assistant General Manager, you will play a central role in the daily life of the restaurant: supporting the General Manager in leading the team, driving standards and helping deliver warm, memorable hospitality at every servi
ce.

You will be:A confident and inspiring leader who leads from the front, setting the tone for service, culture and professionalism across the floor.A natural host with a genuine passion for hospitality, comfortable building relationships with guests and creating a welcoming, energetic atmosphere.Highly organised and proactive, able to support the smooth day-to-day running of a fast-paced restaurant while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.Commercially aware, with a strong understanding of labour, stock, service standards and operational efficiency.Committed to developing people, supporting onboarding, training and performance management alongside the General Manager and People Team.Experienced in high-quality, high-volume hospitality environments, with the ambition to continue growing into senior leade
rship.
You will work closely with the General Manager and Group leadership t
eam to:
Maintain and continually improve standards of service and guest experience.Ensure statutory compliance across all areas of the business, including health & safety, licensing and food safety.Support labour management, rota planning and cost control in line with business targets.Help drive a positive, inclusive and accountable team culture.Anticipate operational challenges and proactively contribute to so
lutions.
