As an Assistant Games Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Games Manager with the running of the games either stand alone or at one of our partner parks, ensuring budgeted targets are achieved and operating standards are adhered to. To work within given budget constraints whilst pursuing maximum operating efficiency and profitability.,

• Assisting the Games Manager with the day to day operations of our Games.
• Assisting with maintaining a safe work environment for our team members
• Assisting with the recruiting and training a highly-motivated team to reach daily sales targets
• Providing world-class guest service to our park guests
  
  Have great guest service and communication skills and a positive, outgoing personality
• Be willing to learn the art of sales and motivated to reach daily sales targets
• Be honest, reliable, responsible individuals with a strong work ethic
• Be able to demonstrate a high-level of attention to detail
• Be available full time. Including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
• Be able to lift 20lbs and be able to stand for up to 8 hours (or more if given/qualified for over-time hours)
• Be able to stay productive during slower business hours and when working alone
• Have reliable transportation
• Be able to follow instructions and comply with ALL company standards.
• Experience in amusement games at supervisor level.
• Team management or supervisor skills
• You will be self-directed and highly motivated
• Sales Experience of 1 year (Desirable)
• Customer Service of 1 year (Desirable)
