Assistant Food & Beverage Manager

We're looking for a passionate and driven Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to lead and elevate our hospitality experience across all outlets, including our restaurant, bar, room service, and events. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences while driving commercial success. Your Day to Day:

• Support the Managmenet team in running all F&B departments across all properties: restaurant, bar, room service, conferences, events, pub service.
• Lead daily briefings and ensure smooth communication across departments.
• Deliver outstanding guest experiences with a focus on quality, consistency, and service excellence
• Lead and inspire the food & beverage team
• Drive operational excellence, compliance, and guest satisfaction.
• Coach and develop your team, fostering a culture of warm hospitality and high standards.
• Monitor budgets, stock control, and labour costs while driving sales through upselling and promotions.
  
  You'll have proven experience managing in high-end hospitality, whether that be in a restaurant, bar or running events, in a management role. We're looking for someone who is a natural leader with a sharp eye for detail and a genuine love for guest service. You'll be a confident leader who is calm, confident and solutions-focused - even when the pressure's on. A leader who is has excellent communication and people management skills.
You'll be commercially minded with a focus on cost control and revenue growth and have a genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. The role requires working a variety of shifts across either restaurant, bar, conference or events, so flexibility is key, along with professionalism and a sense of fun!
