Assistant Director of Digital and ICT Shape the Digital Future of Ealing Ealing Council is seeking an exceptional and visionary leader to join us as Assistant Director of Digital and ICT. This is a strategic and high-impact role at the heart of the council's transformation journey, driving digital innovation, data maturity, and technology advancement to improve outcomes for our residents and communities. About the Role You will be the council's lead adviser on all digital and ICT matters, responsible for the development and implementation of our Digital Strategy, ICT infrastructure, and robust cyber and information governance frameworks. Working in partnership with senior leadership and external stakeholders, you will lead a skilled team to deliver modern, resilient, and customer-focused digital services that support our ambition to be a leading digital borough. What You'll Be Doing

• Providing visible and inspiring leadership across digital, ICT, and information governance functions.
• Driving transformation, innovation, and efficiency through a forward-thinking Digital Strategy.
• Overseeing a high-performing IT ecosystem that enables seamless service delivery.
• Ensuring information security, compliance, and cyber resilience across the organisation.
• Building and managing effective partnerships with internal stakeholders and external providers.
