Full Job Description
As a Cluster Assistant Financial Controller, you'll be making all the difference to the business, so we want you to bring your dynamic personality to work with you every day. Take a deep breath because you'll be stepping into a busy role! As part of a vibrant team you'll be producing monthly P&L reports, completing forecast submissions and ensuring profitability is optimised to deliver excellence to all of our customers and clients. Role can be based at either Nottingham or Manchester If you're our ideal Cluster Assistant Financial Controller, you will:
- Support the Cluster Financial Controller with the smooth running of your cluster's Finance function
- Effectively communicate business performance and opportunities to all levels of management within your cluster
- Bring ideas to the table and participate in the achievement of the business objectives
- Share your knowledge to coach and develop your team to become Leonardo Hotels' Financial Controllers of the future!
- Have previous experience working in Hotel Finance: we're looking for competency in using accounting and PMS systems (we use SAP, Opera and MICROS Simphony)
