Full Job Description
The Trust is seeking an enthusiastic, organised Assistant Psychologist to support the coordination and delivery of trauma-informed (TI) training, projects, and care across Inpatient Services. This collaborative role focuses on supporting existing TI initiatives, with 1-1.5 days per week dedicated to direct and indirect clinical work.
The post involves collating and summarising recommendations for Trust-wide sharing, including producing written summaries, presentations, and contributing to assessment and evaluation tools. You will also co-facilitate discussions with colleagues and service users to support development work.
Strong skills in literature review, analysis, organisation, and clear communication are essential. The successful applicant will receive regular clinical supervision from the A&UC Psychology Team and benefit from connections with qualified and trainee psychology peers.
Please note that the post holder will be employed by the A&UC Directorate & as such may have the opportunity to work in other teams over the course of their contract.
