Full Job Description

In the Charity Shop Manager's absence, the Assistant Charity Shop Manager will assume responsibility for the shop's daily operations under the direction of the Deputy Area Retail Manager (or the Area Retail Manager in their absence), working collaboratively with fellow Charity Shop Managers. Key duties include coordinating with the Retail Stock distributor, engaging with the Retail Assistant, and liaising with the Volunteering Team when appropriate. The role supports online sales initiatives, overseeing Gift Aid processes, and striving to meet sales objectives. The Assistant will contribute to Queenscourt's reputation by presenting a welcoming, professional storefront whilst ensuring full compliance with health and safety standards. An Assistant Charity Shop Manager will need to be flexible and available to work across 7 days a week. The post holder may be required to work across other Queenscourt Charity Shops as and when required.
