Full Job Description
We are looking for an Assistant Cafe Manager to lead our team!
The role is to help oversee and manage all aspects of a café's operations to ensure its smooth and successful functioning. You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, combining leadership, operational, and administrative responsibilities.
This role requires involvement in cooking as well as assisting the kitchen staff during peak periods. You will perform stock inventory once a month, as well as placing orders with catering suppliers.
Having a Food Hygiene Certificate is desirable for this role.

40 hours per week over 5 days which will include alternate weekends.
