Full Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesManage and monitor Hard and Soft FM services, ensuring high standards of delivery.Support contractor management, including meetings, performance reviews, KPIs and compliance.Validate invoices, monitor expenditure and highlight budget variances.Assist with Service Charge budgeting and financial management.Manage minor works from initial request through to completion, ensuring quality and value for money.Conduct daily safety tours and regular property inspections.Ensure Health, Safety and Environmental procedures are maintained and issues are promptly addressed.Coordinate maintenance issues and ensure timely resolution, keeping occupiers informed.Maintain accurate building information, compliance records and emergency contact details.Ensure works are carried out safely and in accordance with appropriate permits and procedures.Build strong relationships with occupiers, contractors and on-site teams.Support occupier engagement through meetings, forums and networking

events.Assist with planned and unplanned cover for the wider management team.Maintain a professional and welcoming visitor reception experience.Support wider Facilities Management initiatives and complete general duties as required.Experience & Skills3+ years' Facilities Management experience, ideally within commercial property or a managing agent environment.Strong understanding of Landlord and Tenant relationships within commercial property.Experience managing contractors, suppliers and FM services.Good knowledge of both Hard and Soft FM services.Strong Health & Safety knowledge and experience.IOSH Managing Safely qualification - essential.IWFM and/or IOSH membership desirable.Experience managing teams and conducting appraisals is advantageous.Strong organisational, communication and contract management skills.Confident, professional and able to communicate effectively at all levels.Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently.Good working knowledge of Microsoft
