As Assistant Bar Manager, you will support the Bar Manager with the day-to-day running of the bar, help supervise staff, maintain high standards of customer service, and ensure the bar operates smoothly and professionally., · Supporting the Bar Manager with daily operations
· Supervising and motivating bar staff during shifts
· Delivering excellent customer service at all times
· Maintaining cleanliness, presentation and safety standards
· Assisting with stock control, ordering and cash handling
· Helping to train new team members where required
