The Assistant Bar Manager will support the delivery of a refined cocktail, wine, and aperitivo offering, reflecting the spirit of coastal Italy while maintaining the highest standards of service and presentation. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for a confident Assistant Bar Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, high-end environment and takes pride in both team development and operational excellence.,

• Support the Bar Manager in the day-to-day running of the bar
• Lead service from the front, ensuring a seamless and engaging guest experience
• Assist in the development and execution of the drinks programme
• Train, coach, and motivate the bar team to deliver consistently high standards
• Maintain strong product knowledge across cocktails, wines, and spirits
• Oversee stock control, ordering, and cost management alongside the Bar Manager
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and licensing regulations
  
  Proven experience as an Assistant Bar Manager or Senior Bartender within a premium or luxury environment
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, Italian aperitivo culture, and wine
• A natural leader with a hands-on, positive approach to team management
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Passion for hospitality, detail, and creating memorable guest experiences
