Assistant Bar Manager - Mortimer

As the Assistant Bar Manager you will support the Bar Manager and take a lead role on the bar creating and serving drinks and engaging with our guests on a daily basis. You will also work closely with colleagues to help develop their skills and knowledge as well as keeping the bar area clean and well stocked at all times.

Do you have experience working in Bars? Are you looking for the next step in your career?, You have bar experience and have worked at a Supervisor level or above You are confident and guest focused and through an intuitive approach deliver exceptional levels of guest service, making everyone feel welcome You are an excellent organiser, with a professional attitude and are able to delegate to others effectively You will ideally be familiar with booking systems such as Open Table although this is not essential as training can be provided
