Full Job Description
The purpose of this role is to ensure Crawley Homes' assets are managed effectively to meet customer expectations. You will be maintaining accurate and up-to-date stock condition data while working collaboratively with internal teams and stakeholders to enable informed and timely decision-making.
This role is responsible for upholding the quality of the council's housing portfolio by ensuring assets are safe, compliant, and sustainable, with a strong focus on delivering positive outcomes for residents.
Key responsibilities will include undertaking detailed asset and condition surveys, interpreting and analysing data to identify trends and priorities, and contributing to the development of robust asset management plans and investment programmes.
The post will also support the strategic planning of asset investment, working in partnership with operational, finance, and compliance teams to prioritise works, ensure adherence to legislative requirements, and maximise the effective use of resources to meet both service objectives and customer needs.
A full and current UK driving licence will be a requirement of the role.
A Baseline Personnel Security Standard check is required as part of this role, and that will also entail the successful applicant undertaking a Basic Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) check.
