This is a temporary full time opportunity for 12 months (Fixed Term Contract) for candidates living in the South West of England.The role involves travel, overnight stays, driving, heavy lifting and manual handling.Become part of our nationwide operational team as an Asset Relocation Operative and help us continue our transformation plans at Brandon Hire Station.As an Asset Relocation Operative at Brandon Hire Station, you'll be a crucial part of our team, ensuring the safe and efficient relocation of company assets across the UK.Working alongside the Business Support Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting our transformation goals over the next 12 months, contributing to the growth and operational success of our business.Key ResponsibilitiesSafely deliver and collect tools and equipment to and from designated locationsOperate vehicles to transport assets and forklift driving to move, load, and shift equipmentConduct regular inspections to ensure assets are in good working

orderLoad and unload deliveries, ensuring that assets are left in an organised and tidy mannerManage inventory and assist with asset tracking and reportingRemove signage and dismantle storage racking where requiredEnsure the safe onward storage or delivery of dismantled itemsFollow health and safety procedures to ensure safe transport and handling of equipmentComplete vehicle safety checks and report any issues promptly to managementEnsure compliance with company policies and procedures, including maintaining accurate recordsWhat We're Looking ForFull UK driving licence (Category B as a minimum, Category BE desirable)Experience in a driving or delivery roleComfortable working independently and as part of a teamFlexible working hours with a willingness to travel long distances and stay overnight when requiredA strong work ethic with the determination to complete tasks efficiently and effectivelyExcellent verbal communication skillsStrong organisational skills and attention to
