Asset Manager

Criterion Capital is looking for a hands-on Asset Manager to take responsibility for a commercial property portfolio across London. This role is about getting into the detail-driving income, managing leasing activity, and pushing performance across each asset.
You'll be expected to take ownership, make decisions, and work closely with agents, tenants and internal teams to make sure the portfolio is performing as it should.
