Asset Manager

As Asset Manager, you will shape how Selwood Housing invests in, manages and sustains its homes for the long term, providing visible technical leadership and supporting confident decision making from operational teams through to Board and committee level. Working collaboratively within a small asset management function, you will ensure asset strategies translate into deliverable programmes that protect safety, compliance and value for money, while supporting sustainability, energy efficiency and decarbonisation ambitions.

You are committed to continuous learning, keeping up to date with best practice and improving how data, systems and processes inform decision making. Champion Communication You communicate complex information clearly, tailoring messages to support confident decision making at all levels. You'll bring:

• Relevant professional qualification in a property related field such as building services or building surveying.
• Experience working with energy data to produce EPC SAP and environmental performance reports.
• An excellent level of knowledge and understanding of strategic asset management in a social housing environment.
• Ability to analyse and process technical data to inform and develop investment decisions.
• Ability to be able to effectively summarise complex technical information into management reports and present to non-technical recipients.
