Experteer Overview As Global Rates Trader you will work with PMs, researchers, and the GFICC team to generate and implement market ideas across developed markets. You will shape market views, manage risk, and drive investment execution in primary and secondary markets. The role emphasizes collaboration, client and broker engagement, and contributing to automation and efficiency initiatives. You will operate within a world-class asset management platform, impacting portfolio positioning and return delivery. Pay / Benefits

  • Generate, evaluate, and implement investment ideas with PM teams Apply fundamental, technical, and relative valuation to form market views and guide positioning Collaborate with PMs and research to identify opportunities and influence decisions Demonstrate expertise across Developed Markets including Sovereigns, Inflation, Agency, SSA's, and various rate instruments Adhere to internal trading policies and risk management practices Present trade ideas, communicate flows, and provide color to investment teams Build and maintain broker relationships and participate in reviews Contribute to desk automation and AI initiatives to improve trading and operations Represent trading capabilities to clients and internal stakeholders Be an ambassador for the GFICC trading platform Tasks Minimum BA/BSc (preferably in Finance, Economics, Maths or related) and 2 years of fixed income trading experience Strong verbal and written communication and ability to present findings Ability to build and foster internal and external relationships Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work independently Key requirements
