Full Job Description

The Woodhouse Partnership Ltd part of RSK Group is hiring for a full time Decision Analytics & Implementation Consultant (DST) to join the team. This role offers significant flexibility, operating on a hybrid basis. It is primarily remote, with occasional travel each month to our head office in Kingsclere, Hampshire, and to client sites, depending on business needs. Asset owners are under pressure to justify investment decisions - balancing cost, risk, performance, and sustainability. We help clients make clear, defendable decisions using effective decision making methods and facilitated workshops that lead to action. At TWPL, you'll benefit from continuous training and clear pathways for career development. If you're the pragmatic, solutions-focused person who always knows the right decision-support tool to cut through even the messiest problems - this is the role for you!,

  • Building robust decision models that change investment choices
  • Creating "minimum viable data" approaches that clients can actually sustain
  • Running compelling scenario and sensitivity analyses that make trade-offs unarguable
  • Facilitating collaborative decision workshops that create alignment, commitment and a transparent audit trail
  • Upskilling clients so capability stays behind, long after you leave the building
  • Playing a key role in improving our products and related training offerings through feedback and thought leadership activities

Previous proven experience in analytics, decision support, asset management, or consulting in asset-heavy sectors
  • Strong decision modelling skills (modelling what matters, making trade-offs towards defined objectives and within the limits of practical constraints, taking account of uncertainty) with real examples
  • Advanced investment appraisal and lifecycle costing skills
  • Comfort facilitating workshops and presenting to mixed audiences (executives + engineers)
  • Experience working with asset data (asset registers, hierarchies, risk/cost inputs)
  • Desirables:
  • Experience applying maintenance and reliability principles
  • Python/R/SQL for prototypes and data checks
  • EAM context (e.g. Maximo, SAP)
  • ETL or cloud analytics familiarity
