Full Job Description
- Assess the suitability of the corporate estate against service need
- Use data analysis and research to support key decision-making
- Help develop business cases that secure investment in public infrastructure
- Initiate projects that can make a real difference to service delivery

You will be given a nominated contractual work base and you will be required to commute to this work base when necessary. Working arrangements regarding hybrid working will be discussed as part of the appointment process. - Comfortable presenting ideas and explaining complex information clearly, Regular travel across Lincolnshire will be required, including to sites that may not be easily accessible by public transport. Applicants must be able to meet the travel requirements of the role in a reliable and timely way
