Full Job Description

Working closely with employers and learners, you will conduct workplace observations, reviews, and progress meetings, ensuring apprentices make sustained progress towards achieving their qualification and end-point assessment. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, monitoring learner progress, and delivering engaging support that enables learners to reach their full potential.

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Early Years Apprenticeship Assessor to support and inspire apprentices working within the Early Years sector. You will guide learners throughout their apprenticeship journey, providing high-quality teaching, coaching, assessment, and feedback to help them develop the knowledge, skills, and behaviours required for success., This role requires proven communication and organisational skills, a strong understanding of Early Years practice and apprenticeship standards, and a commitment to delivering an outstanding learner experience. Pro rata of £26,431 - £26,972 per annum (i.e. £13,215.50 - £13,486) 18.5 hours per week, 52 weeks per year, We have a fantastic range of staff benefits, highly competitive against what is offered by the private sector and other organisations, including:
