Are you passionate about supporting the next generation of Early Years professionals and have a drive to make a difference? We're looking for a motivated and dedicated Assessor to join our supportive and collaborative Early Years team, to come onboard and make an impact in shaping the future of our learner's education! In this vital role, you'll assess and guide learners in real workplace settings, ensuring high standards of training and achievement across Level 2, Level 3, and T Level Early Years qualifications. Your guidance will support learners in developing their professional skills, meeting industry standards, and achieving success in their careers. As the Assessor in Early Years, you will assess workplace evidence and provide constructive feedback to our learners on placement, whilst liaising with employers to ensure learners can access appropriate experiences and evidence to meet their qualification requirements. This will involve regular workplace visits, tracking learner progress and the maintenance of accurate records using our online systems, including e-portfolios., Where you'll work: This role is multi-sited between our Dartford and Tonbridge campuses with regular travel to local employer sites and surrounding areas as required.

The successful candidate will be a qualified Assessor with a Level 3 qualification in Early Years as a minimum and have demonstrable experience of assessing learners in the workplace, including experience or understanding of T Level industry placements. You will have an excellent attention to detail with strong communication skills and confidence to use online digital systems. You will be proactive and independent in managing your work with a team-focussed mindset. As this role requires frequent travel, a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle during your working hours is essential.
