Full Job Description
As an Assessment and Review Officer you will:
- Undertake strengths-based assessments, support plans and reviews.
- Work closely with Social Workers, Multi agency parters, residents, carers and other stakeholders.
- Support Social work teams in delivering their statutory duties under the Care Act (2014).
