What You'll Be Doing as a Assembly Operative:

• Assembling high-precision components to exact specifications


• Working from technical drawings and instructions


• Using hand tools and magnification equipment (training provided)


• Completing quality checks and meeting production targets


• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe workspace

Who We're Looking For:

• Excellent attention to detail and steady hands


• A positive attitude and willingness to learn


• Ability to work accurately and meet deadlines


• Assembly or production experience is beneficial—but not essential
