• Control that response to Customer Care is made on time; Oversee the development of short term material supply and capacity plans; Analyze planning performance and improve the KPI's by using best practices; Monitor, track and define actions to improve or maintain site planning performance indicators; Act as escalation point for resolution of problems, complaints and order prioritization issues; Develop annual budget and expense control, and execute the annual operating plan accordingly; Monitor workload and calendars to maintain the balance within the team; Work closely with all relevant stakeholders in the division and in the GBS, namely Replenishment and R&F teams, Supply Planning team, Control Tower, Logistics hub.People management Lead, manage and develop the Planning Compounding teams, also developing an effective local talent pipeline and solid succession planning.YOU?Are you someone who wants to grow and shape your own world?
