- Fully understands the needs of students with ASC and how to successfully integrate those students into mainstream lessons.
- Has excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with staff, parents/carers and agencies. The position demands high professional standards and experience of working with adolescents/young adults.
- Leading and holding accountability for a small team working in the provision of a quality and bespoke curriculum.
- Contributing to the school's commitment to inclusive education.

You will support a small, skilled team to enable students to also access a mainstream curriculum as much as possible, delivering individual programmes of work and ensuring quality support for students.
