ASBIT Case Manager

We are seeking a Case Manager who thrives in a multi-agency environment, builds strong professional relationships, and can confidently manage medium to high-risk ASB cases with sound judgement and compassion. This role is within the Anti-Social Behaviour Service working with complex and challenging cases.
The role will involve investigating and managing a varied caseload working directly with victims, witnesses and perpetrators. The case manager will balance enforcement with meaningful support while ensuring that vulnerable people are protected and communities remain safe.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of supporting people and case management. They will demonstrate communication skills, and will take a problem-solving, safeguarding-focused, partnership-driven, and trauma informed approach to investigations.
