Asbestos Surveyor Department: Field Team Employment Type: Full Time Location: Swanley Reporting To: Jonathan Francis Compensation: £32,000 - £41,000 / month Description Riverside Environmental Services delivers high-quality asbestos surveying, analytical and consultancy services across a diverse portfolio of commercial, residential, industrial and public-sector sites. What you will do
- Conduct Management, Refurbishment and Demolition asbestos surveys.
- Collect accurate site information and asbestos samples.
- Produce high quality survey reports and technical documentation.
- Work across a varied portfolio of domestic, commercial and industrial sites.
- Build positive relationships with clients and site stakeholders.
- Maintain compliance with company procedures and industry standards.
- Support and mentor trainee surveyors.
- Contribute to continuous improvement, compliance and quality standards. Who you are
- BOHS P402 qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience carrying out asbestos surveys.
- Strong understanding of HSG264 and asbestos legislation.
- Full UK driving licence.
- High level of attention to detail and accountability. Benefits
