• Proven track record working as an Asbestos Surveyor Must hold the BOHS P402 or RSPH equivalent, as a minimum Conversant on HSG 264 guidelines Comfortable working to UKAS guidelines Good literacy, numeracy and IT skills Hardworking attitude The Role: Performing the full range of asbestos surveys (demolition, refurbishment and management) Conducting ad-hoc re-inspection surveys Collecting asbestos samples from site and delivering to the lab for analysis Producing detailed survey reports and schematic drawings Being a key point of contact for clients, providing technical and logistical support Supporting the training of new surveyors / team members Adhering to safety guidelines Working across a variety of domestic and commercial contracts Alternative job titles: Asbestos Consultant, Asbestos Surveyor /
