ASB Resolution Specialist

Do you have experience managing complex anti-social behaviour cases and want to make a real difference to residents and communities? Join us as an ASB Resolution Specialist and take the lead on some of our most challenging cases, helping to protect residents, resolve complex issues and build safer neighbourhoods across our communities.This is a highly rewarding role where you'll take full ownership of a caseload of high-level ASB cases from investigation through to resolution.You'll work closely with residents, the Police, local authorities, legal teams and other partner agencies, using a range of legal and non-legal interventions to achieve the best possible outcomes.From preparing court documentation and attending hearings to supporting victims and alleged perpetrators, you'll play a key role in delivering a fair, effective and customer-focused service.We're looking for someone who is confident, resilient and able to make sound decisions in complex situations.You'll need strong investigative skills, excellent communication and the ability to build effective relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.Experience in housing, local authority enforcement, community safety or policing would be highly advantageous.A Standard DBS check is required for this role.This role is based in Ealing and requires travel across the surrounding area.
