Full Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Artworker with a passion for producing technically accurate artwork and creative assets efficiently and effectively. This role offers the opportunity to work across a wide range of projects, brands and media, including branding, print, POS, packaging and marketing materials across both digital and print channels. You will play an important role in ensuring consistency, accuracy and high-quality output across all brand touchpoints. Key Responsibilities As part of the Design & Creative Centre of Excellence, you will be responsible for creating and adapting high-quality artwork across multiple brands and channels. Your responsibilities will include:
- Producing artwork for a variety of projects, from simple amends through to large-scale rollouts of multi-asset print and digital campaigns
- Ensuring all work is delivered on brief, on brand and on time
- Following established technical artwork and production guidelines
- Supporting the wider creative team with accurate and efficient artwork delivery
- Collaborating closely with Brand Managers, Content Leads and cross-functional teams to ensure assets align with campaign objectives
- Learning from senior designers and artworkers to continue developing your technical expertise
- Staying up to date with industry trends, tools and software developments, sharing ideas and best practice across the team Collaboration & Communication
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and provide artwork and production solutions
- Work collaboratively with designers, artworkers, project managers and content teams to deliver high-quality creative work
- Interpret artwork briefs accurately while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and satisfaction Quality & Production
- Ensure all artwork is delivered to a consistently high standard and adheres to brand guidelines
- Review and prepare final artwork files for print production and digital launch
- Maintain organised project folders, file naming conventions and version control
- Follow best-practice production workflows to minimise errors and improve efficiency
- Troubleshoot artwork and production issues quickly and effectively under tight deadlines
- Adapt artwork approaches based on feedback from creative leads and stakeholders
You will have a strong eye for detail, solid technical artwork skills and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset. We're looking for someone with: - Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- The ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- A good understanding of print production and artwork processes
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
- Experience using Acrobat Pro, including PDF/X workflows and preflight checks
- Familiarity with platforms such as Canva and Figma
- Solid understanding of typography, file setup, colour management, asset linking/embedding and exporting press-ready PDFs
- The ability to troubleshoot technical artwork challenges quickly and effectively
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within a collaborative creative team
