The Royal Pump Rooms, Royal Spa Centre, and Town Hall are leading cultural venues located in the heart of Royal Leamington Spa. We are seeking people who are passionate about the arts to help us enhance our visitor experience and support our continually growing offer.
Casual Customer Services Assistants will provide broad support across all our venues, will deliver consistently high standards of customer service, and engage with visitors to enliven our spaces, collections, performances, and events. This will include acting as a gallery assistant, theatre steward, and will involve regular bar work and a range of sales activities.
As a casual role, hours will vary depending on operational needs and will include weekend, bank holiday, and evening work. The successful candidate will be positive, approachable, flexible, and willing to learn.
This post is based on site at the Royal Pump Rooms, Royal Spa Centre, and Town Hall and is not suitable for home or hybrid working.
