Art Teacher

Are you a passionate and creative Art educator looking to make a lasting difference in young people's lives? We are seeking an inspiring Art Tutor to deliver accredited learning programmes to young people at HMYOI Feltham, helping them develop creative skills, gain recognised qualifications, and build confidence for their future.

In this rewarding role, you will create engaging, learner-focused experiences that inspire participation, achievement, and personal growth. Through innovative teaching, learning and assessment strategies, you will support young people to overcome barriers, achieve their educational goals, and progress towards positive destinations.

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality Art programmes that meet Good or Outstanding standards, ensuring learners receive an exceptional educational experience. Working closely with colleagues and awarding bodies, you will manage qualification and examination processes accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with all organisational and regulatory requirements.

Most importantly, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment, championing safeguarding and promoting the wellbeing, protection, and success of every young person in your care.
