Willowfield School is a vibrant and inclusive secondary school located in London, committed to providing high-quality education to all our students. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and creative Art Teacher to join our Arts Department. This position offers an exciting opportunity to teach Key Stage 3 & 4 pupils and inspire them through the exploration of art.
Position: Art Teacher
Department: Arts
Education Stage: Secondary (Key Stage 3&4)
Experience: No previous experience required
Skills and Qualifications:
- A passion for teaching art and encouraging creativity in young learners
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and motivate students
- Basic knowledge of Key Stage 3 curriculum requirements or willingness to learn
- Ability to plan lessons that cater for different learning styles
- Good organisational skills and ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively
- Relevant qualifications in Art or Education are desirable but not essential
