Art Installation Assistant

You will bring strong organisational and clear communication skills to a team whose main responsibility is to support Curators in delivering our programme of exhibitions and displays at Tate Liverpool. You will be able to assess priorities and provide input into installation planning.

You will be skilled at organising yourself and others in an inclusive environment and have a practical understanding of museum or gallery operations. You will have some experience of budget management and procurement procedures. With flexibility and resilience, you'll be able to work collaboratively with colleagues, demonstrating effective teamwork in a complex project-based environment.

The gallery is currently undergoing an ambitious transformation that will reimagine its spaces to meet the scale and ambition of today's most exciting artists. Working on multiple projects at a time, you will support the Art Handling Manager in the scheduling of installation work and supporting in research and development of exhibition planning, and coordinating the activity of specialists within the project teams.
