You will lead the activities to ensure users and customers prepare to adopt, and receive benefits from, the high profile DLMC programme. The programme is already in delivery using agile methodologies., Working collaboratively with Digital Foundry as the DLMC delivery agent and with the Programme Team to understand the phased delivery approach, and business change activities already identified.

Provide input to, and communicate, roll-out / transition strategies and plans as they develop.
Work collaboratively with internal Programme communications colleagues, business and project leads to articulate the Programme vision, case for change and key messages, crafting communication materials as required.
Provide coaching and support to help TLB representatives within the Business Change Network to adopt appropriate change structures for their areas and to recognise, understand, and manage resistance.
Coordinate and support the Business Change Network in activities to drive business impact assessments including identification of affected posts and risks. This will include facilitating the existing Business Change Managers Forum, change workshops, continuity planning, demonstrations etc.
Work alongside Programme Team to develop, maintain and supervise progress of the Benefits realisation plan and lead in advising and advocating best practice in benefits management, noting that some benefits will not be realised until after the Programme has closed down.
Engage with training teams for planning and design of training and user support activities. (The training will be delivered by Digital Foundry). Assist in creation/running of support channels relating to business change matters.
Lead activity to ensure ongoing alignment with policy (JSP822 in particular) and maintain awareness regarding other initiatives within the training and learning arena that may increase risk of change fatigue within TLBs.
