Area SENCO Assistant

The post holders will play a key role in supporting early years settings to develop inclusive, high-quality practice. You will work collaboratively with early years practitioners, families, and partner professionals to strengthen early identification, assessment, and intervention for children with SEND, in line with the SEND Code of Practice (2015). We are looking for motivated, confident individuals with a passion for inclusion, strong communication skills, and experience of working with young children with SEND in early years or related settings. Essential Requirements:

• NNEB/BTEC/ NVQ Level 3 in Childcare and Education or equivalent or higher.
The successful applicant will be required to complete an Enhanced DBS check.
