The Role
You'll manage and develop accounts across North West London, building strong customer relationships while identifying new business opportunities. Working closely with internal teams, you'll help customers find the right solutions for their needs and ensure a first-class experience from enquiry to delivery.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing and growing an existing customer base
- Prospecting and winning new business opportunities
- Visiting customers regularly across your territory
- Advising clients on suitable products and services
- Following up leads and keeping records up to date
- Supporting quotations, site visits, and project requirements
- Working collaboratively with depots and sales support teams
- Attending weekly sales meetings and sharing market insights
What We're Looking For
- Previous field sales experience (construction, hire, or related sectors desirable)
- Strong relationship-building and customer service skills
- Self-motivated with excellent time management
- Confident communicator, both face-to-face and written
- Positive attitude and drive to succeed
