The role As a Field Sales Executive, you will:
- Manage and grow an existing client base across Nottingham, Leicester and Derby
- Meet business customers face-to-face within your territory
- Identify new B2B opportunities and develop long-term relationships
- Understand client needs and present tailored logistics solutions
- Plan your own diary and manage your time effectively You'll spend most of your working week out in the field, representing a highly recognisable and respected brand. What our client is looking for Previous sales experience is not essential. Our client is focused on potential, attitude and transferable skills rather than a perfect CV.
- Customer service or hospitality
- Retail or field-based roles

- Any role involving communication, negotiation or relationship-building You must have:
- A full UK driving licence
- Access to your own car (client meetings are face-to-face)
- Confidence speaking with business owners and decision-makers
- A willingness to learn, be coached, and build a long-term career
£28,000-£32,000 basic + £20,000 OTE (realistic in year one) Field-based | Nottingham, Leicester & Derby Full UK driving licence and own car required First things first This is not door-to-door sales. You won't be knocking on houses or chasing people down residential streets. This is professional B2B field sales - meeting businesses face-to-face, having quality conversations, and building long-term client relationships in your territory.
