Area Manager

You'll be the driving force behind performance across your area, working closely with Branch Managers and their teams to:

• Lead, coach and develop Branch Managers to deliver consistently strong results
• Drive revenue, profitability and market share across the region
• Recruit, retain and develop high-performing teams
• Identify new business and growth opportunities
• Support branches to overcome challenges and turn opportunities into results
• Create a strong performance culture while maintaining excellent customer standards
  
  You'll ideally be an experienced Area Manager or a successful Branch/Senior Branch Manager ready to take the next step, with:
• A strong track record of delivering results within estate agency
• The ability to lead, influence and get the best from people
• Strong commercial awareness and a focus on growth
• Excellent business generation skills
• Energy, resilience and a hands-on leadership style
• A full UK driving licence
