Area Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for maximising turnover, profitability and scalable growth of the region. Other key responsibilities include:

• Monitoring and managing all team members to maximise performance
• Ensuring effective communication with both internal and external customers
• Ensuring the business gives excellent Customer Service
• Coaching, developing and motivating your team
• Ensuring a sustainable, secure and growing business
• Ensuring compliance with all processes within the business

Salary - Anticipated earnings £55k to £60k with no cap on commission. Plus Audi Type - Permanent, Full Time Working Pattern - Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, Our generous benefits package includes:
