Key responsibilities include:
+ Ensure accurate financial reporting, in partnership with our Global Business Services team
+ Guide and support an international finance team
+ Oversee compliance with statutory, audit and tax regulations in multiple locations
+ Interpret financial data to support regional and global decisions
+ Participate in improvement initiatives as part of our NextGen Finance project
+ Collaborate across departments and geographies on finance operations
+ Contribute to projects focused on simplifying and aligning global finance processes, We're a global company with local heart. + Background in finance, accounting, or auditing, with a recognised accounting qualification
+ Familiarity with tools like SAP, Excel, or OneStream
