Area Business Manager - South (ideally based in surrounding areas of Oxford, Swindon, Reading or Southampton)
Location: Field based
Salary: up to £46k + annual bonus + £5,000 car allowance
Are you an experienced and high performing B2B Sales professional with a strong track record of success, and a commitment to putting customers first? Do you thrive in a regulated industry where compliance and integrity are key? As we continue our exciting growth journey, we're looking for a driven and strategic Area Business Manager to join our South Sales team.
About the Role
As the Area Business Manager, you will be responsible for increasing plan sales in your area by working with an established portfolio of independent funeral directors. Your goal is to drive revenue growth responsibly, balancing commercial success with a strong focus on customer needs and regulation. This is more than just a sales role - it's an opportunity to grow and shape a territory.
What We're Looking For
- A proven track record of exceptional sales performance in a field-based role
- Demonstrable strong relationship management expertise
- Excellent communication skills
- A can-do attitude and a passion for success
- Experience working in a regulated industry with a strong understanding of compliance requirements
- A UK driving licence (essential for this field-based role)
