• Produce detailed technical drawings, construction packages, and specifications Ensure designs comply with building regulations, planning requirements, and relevant codes/standards Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and manufacturers to resolve technical queries and design issues Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with design intent Maintain project
  
  documentation, drawing registers, and revision control throughout the project lifecycle Support project delivery timelines by managing workload priorities and meeting key deadlines________________________________________Key Requirements Experience of retail/commercial interior fit-out packages, including bespoke detailing and specification writing, would be an advantage.
