Recognised as one of the UK's Best Places to Work, they offer a genuinely supportive and inclusive culture where individuals are empowered to thrive. ________________________________________The RoleAs an Architectural Technologist, you will work with our clients team of Architects, Interior Designers and other Technologists, supporting and often leading the detailed design for a variety of fast-paced retail & hospitality sector schemes.You will:
- Produce detailed technical drawings, construction packages, and specifications Ensure designs comply with building regulations, planning requirements, and relevant codes/standards Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and manufacturers to resolve technical queries and design issues Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with design intent Maintain project
documentation, drawing registers, and revision control throughout the project lifecycle Support project delivery timelines by managing workload priorities and meeting key deadlines________________________________________Key Requirements Experience of retail/commercial interior fit-out packages, including bespoke detailing and specification writing, would be an advantage.
