Arboricultural Groundsperson

ArbAware Tree Care Ltd is an Arboricultural Association Approved Contractor delivering professional tree care and vegetation management across Hampshire, Berkshire, Surrey and Wiltshire, with nationwide coverage for larger commercial projects.
We work with domestic customers, commercial clients, estate managers and public sector organisations. Our services include tree surgery, tree surveys and inspections, ash dieback management, emergency tree works, hedge maintenance, stump grinding and vegetation clearance.
With an ever-expanding workload and a growing client base, we are continuing to strengthen our team. We offer varied work, from domestic tree care to large commercial contracts, using climbing, MEWP and mechanised working methods.
Our teams are supported by specialist equipment, including a Merlo with grapple saw, excavators with tree shears, remote-controlled mulchers and high-capacity woodchippers.
Alongside our ArbAC approval, we hold CHAS and SafeContractor accreditations. We take pride in safe working practices, quality workmanship and professional customer care.
We welcome people who take pride in their work, look after their colleagues and equipment, and want to develop their skills as the business continues to grow.
