Full management of 3000ha of Winter Wheat, Maize and Sugar Beet.
Full management of two contract farming agreements.
Lead all growing, harvesting and crop management operations and full P/L responsibility.
Marketing of 50% of the wheat tonnage from a in planning 4500-ton store.
Drive crop performance, Operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
Full responsibility for Health & Safety, Business and audit compliance across the operation
Champion future farming practices, and the development of our wild farmed Wheat.

BASIS and FACTS qualified.
Proven large-scale arable management experience
Passion for innovation and drive to change farming practise to more sustainable practises.
Strong leadership and organisational skills
Knowledge of John Deere technology would be a distinct advantage
A hands-on, hardworking individual who is prepared to go the extra mile to move the business forward.
